Public Notice: Public Consultation and Disclosure of Project Documents
Project Name: Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR)
As part of the upcoming Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) project, implemented in cooperation with the World Bank, "Azerigas" Production Union invites stakeholders and the general public to review and provide feedback on the project's key Environmental and Social (E&S) management documents.
In accordance with World Bank Environmental and Social Standards, the following documents are being disclosed for public consultation:
- Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP): Outlines the mechanisms for public engagement, communication, and grievance redress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP): Sets out material measures and actions, specific timelines, and institutional responsibilities to ensure environmental and social compliance.
- Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF): Identifies potential environmental and social risks/impacts and establishes guidelines for mitigation and monitoring.
